General description:

• Preparing food and cleaning the food service areas for campers/customers at a year-round camp facility.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and cook meals
• Serve meals
• Ensure food prep areas and dining hall is clean
• Ensure utensils and dishes are stored appropriately

Qualifications:

• Food service experience, especially cafeteria
• ServSafe certification
• Willingness to learn, great work ethic, and positive attitude are more important than previous experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy food items
• Drug Free (drug testing performed)

Hours:

• Full Time position with overtime potential
• Closing shift 10 AM – close (typically 8 PM)
• Exact schedule will change depending on the camper groups we are serving.
• Days worked will be weekdays and/or weekend depending on the schedule of camper groups.
